At Sri Vinayaka Silks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering quality sarees to your doorstep. However, in the rare event of a damaged product, we offer a simple replacement process as outlined below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Only damaged products are eligible for exchange.
- You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Please share clear photos and a brief description of the damage via WhatsApp or email to initiate the exchange process.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be replaced with the same or equivalent design (subject to availability).
No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Sarees once sold cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Conditions for Exchange
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- The final decision on the exchange will be at the sole discretion of Sri Vinayaka Silks after inspection.
