At Sri Vinayaka Silks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering quality sarees to your doorstep. However, in the rare event of a damaged product, we offer a simple replacement process as outlined below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Only damaged products are eligible for exchange.
  • You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please share clear photos and a brief description of the damage via WhatsApp or email to initiate the exchange process.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be replaced with the same or equivalent design (subject to availability).

No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Sarees once sold cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The final decision on the exchange will be at the sole discretion of Sri Vinayaka Silks after inspection.
